Sticky, glossy chicken in a sweet-savoury teriyaki glaze, great over rice.

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Method

  1. Pan-fry the chicken until cooked through.
  2. Add the soy sauce, honey and garlic and bubble into a glaze.
  3. Spoon the glaze over and serve with rice.
