Savoury lamb mince under a fluffy mashed potato crust.
Ingredients

- 500 g minced lamb
- 800 g potatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 100 g peas
Method
- Brown the lamb with the onion and carrot, add peas and a little stock, and simmer.
- Boil and mash the potatoes.
- Top the mince with mash and bake until golden.
