Crisp chickpea falafel with salad and yoghurt sauce in a warm flatbread.
Ingredients

- 400 g chickpeas
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 flatbreads
- 1 tomato, diced
- 3 tbsp yoghurt
Method
- Blitz the chickpeas with garlic and herbs, shape into patties and fry until crisp.
- Warm the flatbreads.
- Fill with falafel, tomato and a drizzle of yoghurt.
