Ingredients

- 600 g chicken thighs
- 400 g tinned tomatoes
- 50 g butter
- 100 ml cream
- 2 tbsp garam masala
Method
- Brown the chicken and set aside.
- Cook the tomatoes with the garam masala, then blend smooth.
- Return the chicken with butter and cream, and simmer until rich.
