  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 banana

Method

  1. Stir the oats, milk and yoghurt together in a jar.
  2. Chill overnight.
  3. Top with sliced banana before eating.
