A fluffy folded omelette loaded with peppers, onion and cheese.

  • 3 eggs
  • 0.5 pepper, diced
  • 0.25 onion, diced
  • 30 g cheese

Method

  1. Soften the pepper and onion in a little butter.
  2. Pour over the beaten eggs and cook until almost set.
  3. Scatter with cheese, fold and serve.
