- 3 eggs
- 0.5 pepper, diced
- 0.25 onion, diced
- 30 g cheese
Method
- Soften the pepper and onion in a little butter.
- Pour over the beaten eggs and cook until almost set.
- Scatter with cheese, fold and serve.
