- 200 g flour
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 lemons
Method
- Cream the butter and sugar, beat in the eggs, then fold in the flour and lemon zest.
- Bake at 180C for around 45 minutes.
- Pierce all over and pour over a lemon-sugar syrup.
