- 120 g butter
- 150 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 150 g chocolate chips
Method
- Cream the butter and sugar, then beat in the egg.
- Fold in the flour and chocolate chips.
- Bake spoonfuls at 180C for 11-12 minutes.
