  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 50 g oats

Method

  1. Stew the sliced apples with a little sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Rub the butter into flour, sugar and oats to a crumble.
  3. Scatter over the apples and bake until golden.
