- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g flour
Method
- Melt the chocolate and butter together.
- Whisk in the sugar and eggs, then fold in the flour.
- Bake at 180C for 25 minutes u2014 keep the centre soft.
