Silky blended chickpeas with tahini, garlic and lemon.

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Blend the chickpeas with tahini, lemon juice and garlic.
  2. Loosen with water and oil until smooth.
  3. Season and drizzle with more olive oil.
