Ingredients

- 400 g chickpeas
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Blend the chickpeas with tahini, lemon juice and garlic.
- Loosen with water and oil until smooth.
- Season and drizzle with more olive oil.
