- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice.
- Pat shrimp dry and toss with half of the sauce; let sit 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add shrimp in a single layer and sear 2 minutes per side until pink.
- Pour in the remaining sauce and simmer 1-2 minutes until glossy and thickened. Serve over rice.
