  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method

  1. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice.
  2. Pat shrimp dry and toss with half of the sauce; let sit 10 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add shrimp in a single layer and sear 2 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Pour in the remaining sauce and simmer 1-2 minutes until glossy and thickened. Serve over rice.
