- 3 tomatoes, wedged
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 0.5 red onion, sliced
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g olives
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Combine the tomatoes, cucumber and onion in a bowl.
- Top with a block of feta and scatter over the olives.
- Drizzle generously with olive oil, season with salt and oregano, and serve.
