Ingredients

- 500 g minced beef
- 8 tortillas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 100 g grated cheese
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
Method
- Fry the onion and garlic until soft, then add the beef and brown it well.
- Stir in the cumin and a splash of water, and simmer until the liquid reduces.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry pan.
- Fill each tortilla with beef, diced tomato and grated cheese.
