A five-ingredient weeknight pasta in a quick garlicky tomato sauce.

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 200 g pasta
  • 400 g tinned tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 handful basil

Method

  1. Cook the pasta.
  2. Gently fry the garlic in oil, add the tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Toss with the pasta and basil.
