- 3 ripe bananas
- 200 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 80 g butter
- 2 eggs
Method
- Mash the bananas and mix with melted butter, sugar and eggs.
- Fold in the flour.
- Bake at 170C for around 55 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
