A hearty Italian vegetable and bean soup with pasta.

- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 400 g tinned tomatoes
- 400 g cannellini beans
- 100 g small pasta
Method
- Soften the onion and carrot.
- Add tomatoes, beans and stock, and simmer 20 minutes.
- Stir in the pasta and cook until tender.
