Crisp chickpea falafel with salad and yoghurt sauce in a warm flatbread.

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 400 g chickpeas
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 3 tbsp yoghurt

Method

  1. Blitz the chickpeas with garlic and herbs, shape into patties and fry until crisp.
  2. Warm the flatbreads.
  3. Fill with falafel, tomato and a drizzle of yoghurt.
