Blistered homemade base with tomato, mozzarella and fresh basil — simple and perfect.
Ingredients

- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp yeast
- 150 g passata
- 125 g mozzarella
- 1 handful basil
Method
- Mix flour, yeast, water and salt into a dough and knead until smooth. Rest one hour.
- Stretch into a base and spread with passata.
- Top with torn mozzarella.
- Bake very hot for 10-12 minutes, then scatter with basil.
