Blistered homemade base with tomato, mozzarella and fresh basil — simple and perfect.

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 150 g passata
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 1 handful basil

Method

  1. Mix flour, yeast, water and salt into a dough and knead until smooth. Rest one hour.
  2. Stretch into a base and spread with passata.
  3. Top with torn mozzarella.
  4. Bake very hot for 10-12 minutes, then scatter with basil.
