- 400 g minced beef
- 400 g spaghetti
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 400 g tinned tomatoes
- 1 carrot, diced
Method
- Soften the onion, carrot and garlic in oil.
- Add the beef and brown well, breaking it up.
- Pour in the tomatoes, season, and simmer gently for 40 minutes.
