  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Method

  1. Season the chicken and sear in the olive oil over medium-high heat until golden on both sides and cooked through.
