- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 40 g butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Method
- Season the chicken and sear in the olive oil over medium-high heat until golden on both sides and cooked through.
