A fragrant, mildly spiced chicken curry in a creamy tomato sauce, ready in half an hour.
Ingredients

- 500 g chicken thighs, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 400 g tinned tomatoes
- 100 ml cream
Method
- Brown the chicken in oil, then set aside.
- Soften the onion and garlic, add the curry powder and cook one minute.
- Add tomatoes and chicken, simmer 15 minutes.
- Stir through the cream and serve with rice.
