A fragrant, mildly spiced chicken curry in a creamy tomato sauce, ready in half an hour.

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g chicken thighs, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 400 g tinned tomatoes
  • 100 ml cream

Method

  1. Brown the chicken in oil, then set aside.
  2. Soften the onion and garlic, add the curry powder and cook one minute.
  3. Add tomatoes and chicken, simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Stir through the cream and serve with rice.
