Tender strips of beef and crisp broccoli in a glossy soy-ginger sauce.
Ingredients

- 400 g beef strips
- 1 head broccoli
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 thumb ginger, grated
Method
- Sear the beef in a hot wok, then set aside.
- Stir-fry the broccoli, garlic and ginger for two minutes.
- Return the beef, add the soy sauce and toss until coated.
