  • 2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 0.25 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt

Method

  1. Add frozen blueberries, banana, almond milk, and yogurt to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until thick and smooth, stopping to scrape down as needed. Add a splash more almond milk only if it will not turn.
  3. Pour into two bowls.
  4. Top with rolled oats, sliced almonds, and a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.
