- 2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 0.5 cup almond milk
- 0.25 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
Method
- Add frozen blueberries, banana, almond milk, and yogurt to a blender.
- Blend on high until thick and smooth, stopping to scrape down as needed. Add a splash more almond milk only if it will not turn.
- Pour into two bowls.
- Top with rolled oats, sliced almonds, and a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.
