Ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes, wedged
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 0.5 red onion, sliced
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 50 g olives
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Combine the tomatoes, cucumber and onion in a bowl.
  2. Top with a block of feta and scatter over the olives.
  3. Drizzle generously with olive oil, season with salt and oregano, and serve.
