Tender chicken in a velvety, lightly spiced tomato and butter sauce.

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 g chicken thighs
  • 400 g tinned tomatoes
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp garam masala

Method

  1. Brown the chicken and set aside.
  2. Cook the tomatoes with the garam masala, then blend smooth.
  3. Return the chicken with butter and cream, and simmer until rich.
