Savoury lamb mince under a fluffy mashed potato crust.

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g minced lamb
  • 800 g potatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 100 g peas

Method

  1. Brown the lamb with the onion and carrot, add peas and a little stock, and simmer.
  2. Boil and mash the potatoes.
  3. Top the mince with mash and bake until golden.
