  • 400 g minced beef
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400 g tinned tomatoes
  • 1 carrot, diced

Method

  1. Soften the onion, carrot and garlic in oil.
  2. Add the beef and brown well, breaking it up.
  3. Pour in the tomatoes, season, and simmer gently for 40 minutes.
  4. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
