No-bake bites of dates, almonds, and oats rolled into a naturally sweet, portable snack.
Ingredients

- 200 g pitted Medjool dates
- 100 g almonds
- 80 g rolled oats
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Method
- Add the almonds to a food processor and pulse until coarsely ground.
- Add the dates, oats, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt, then process until the mixture clumps together.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a teaspoon of water at a time until it holds when pressed.
- Roll the mixture into 12 bite-sized balls with your hands.
- Chill for 30 minutes to firm up, then store in an airtight container in the fridge.
