A fast, fiery Thai stir-fry of minced chicken, garlic, chili, and basil over jasmine rice.

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Thai chilies, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
Method
- Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the garlic and chilies and stir for 20 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the ground chicken and stir-fry, breaking it up, for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar; toss for 1 minute.
- Turn off the heat and fold in the basil leaves until just wilted.
- Serve immediately over jasmine rice.
