- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 200 g mixed berries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 80 g granola
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Stir the vanilla extract into the Greek yogurt until evenly combined.
- Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of two glasses or jars.
- Add a layer of mixed berries, then a sprinkle of granola.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, finishing with berries on top.
- Drizzle with honey and serve immediately, or chill until ready to eat.
