A silky, rich chocolate mousse made from ripe avocados, cocoa and maple syrup – completely dairy-free.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 0.33 cup cocoa powder
- 0.25 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 pinch salt
Method
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, almond milk and salt.
- Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Spoon into serving glasses and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
