- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 medium apples, diced
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 375F and lightly grease an 8-inch baking dish.
- Whisk together the milk, egg, maple syrup and vanilla in a bowl.
- Stir in the oats, cinnamon, baking powder and salt, then fold in the diced apples.
- Pour into the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake 35 minutes until set and golden. Cool 5 minutes before serving warm.
