A moist, golden loaf that turns overripe bananas into gold.

Ingredients

Servings: 10
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 80 g butter
  • 2 eggs

Method

  1. Mash the bananas and mix with melted butter, sugar and eggs.
  2. Fold in the flour.
  3. Bake at 170C for around 55 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
