1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Pre-measure for ease.
Mix flour, sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl. Gradually add milk and oil, stirring until smooth. The batter should be lump-free.
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Grease a compatible baking pan with a little oil to prevent sticking
Pour the cake batter into the greased pan. Tap gently to level it out and remove any air bubbles.
Place the pan in the air fryer. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Check with a toothpick - it should come out clean when the cake is done.
Serve as is, or top with powdered sugar, fresh berries, or a scoop of ice cream for extra indulgence
