Air fryer potatoes with dill and olive oil

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 5 medium red potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash te potatoes and slice them in halves.
  • Place them in the air fryer tray and cook at 370F / 190C for 20 minutes or until fork tender.

  • Transfer in a bowl and toss with olive oil, fresh dill, salt and pepper.
  • Transfer into a serving plate and enjoy!
