The ground veal adds a little extra richness to the classic bolognese, and the tomato paste, plus the white wine are major flavor boosters. Papardelle is a beautiful and unique pasta that is under-appreciated in my opinion. Lastly, add some crisp and cheesy toast to sop up the sauce, and ‘voila,’ dinner is served.
