Spinach and Feta Frittata
This frittata is perfect for weekend brunch, breakfast, or even a weeknight dinner! Inspired by the Ziggy Marley & Family Cookbook, this frittata includes a delicious mixture of spinach, tomatoes, garlic, and onion. Feta cheese adds a salty, briny component to the dish. A lemony watercress salad is served on the side to round out the meal.
