Pan-seared Mediterranean Chicken with Couscous
Ah, the sunny flavors of the Mediterranean. This is not your every-night-chicken dish. Pan-seared chicken breasts are bathed in a sauce made with sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, garlic and lemon. Top it off with briny Kalamata olives, capers, fresh basil and feta and serve with a side of couscous - you’ve got dinner!
