Korean Style Tacos
Inspired by traditional Korean ingredients, these tacos are insanely delicious. We’ve taken a cross-cultural look at Korean staples, like gochujang, and incorporated them into Mexico’s favorite street food; tacos. They are garnished with a tangy carrot-cucumber-kimchi, that adds a vinegary complexity to the dish - no fermentation required. The steak is marinated in an aromatic blend of sesame oil, toasted cumin, coriander, and sesame seeds. Fiery sriracha-mayonnaise adds a creamy kick to the tacos.
