Korean Style Pulled Pork Steam Buns
Sous vide pulled pork is slowly simmered in a sauce deliciously seasoned with brown sugar, soy sauce, and gochujang. The tender pork is sandwiched between soft, pillowy steam buns. The sandwiches are topped with pickled cucumber and Fresno chilies adding a wonderful heat to the dish. A fresh tatsoi salad adds a refreshing bite to complete this well-rounded dish.
