Desmadres Lime-Garlic Chicken
I chose this dish for Chef’d because it is quick to make, healthy and lovely to look at! The crisp salad of peppery arugula, creamy avocado and sweet heirloom tomatoes is piled on top of a sautéed chicken breast, so the greens don’t wilt. The simple pan sauce enhances both the chicken and a golden rice dorado. This is one of the best and yummiest ways I know to get from zero to dinner.
