Chilled Soba Noodles
When I worked in the south of France, many years ago at L’Oasis, the owner of the restaurant, Outhier was opening a new restaurant in Japan. He came back and put this amazing salad dressing on the menu. It was toasted sesame, ginger, soy, lemon, rice vinegar and, believe it or not, Pernod! That was in 1979 and it’s still my favorite salad dressing I’ve ever made!
