Chicken Yellow Curry
This meal was a staple in Chef Leela Punyaratabandhu’s home. Kari or, as it often called, yellow curry, is milder than red or green curry. It’s used by some Thai parents, including Leela’s, as a “training spice,” to introduce children to spicy foods. This chicken curry is creamy and spicy. A deliciously tangy cucumber relish is served on the side, perfect for balancing out the spice.
