Cashew Macaroni & Cheese
This vegan mac & cheese is rich, creamy and totally decadent. Cashews are used in create a luscious sauce - no dairy required. The cashews, potatoes, carrots, and nutritional yeast to create a rich and “cheesy” sauce. Quinoa pasta also joins in to provide a whole grain alternative to white pasta. It might not be the same as mac & cheese, but it offers a healthier, no-cholesterol, plant-based option.
