Balsamic Glazed Mushrooms
Mushrooms are an incredibly versatile ingredient. Serve them chopped, sautéed, or grilled - all are delicious. This recipe adds a balsamic glaze to sautéed mushrooms, with a bit of heat from red pepper flakes. The balsamic reduction adds a slightly sweet, slightly tangy flavor to the mushrooms that is the ideal complement to food straight off the grill.
