You can even use jam with cheese or to make the perfect PB&J sandwich. You’ll need a lot of your chosen fruit and a lot of sugar. You can either cook the fruit or mash the fruit and add hot water and fruit pectin.

It includes chocolate chips, condensed milk and crushed peppermint candies. Melt the chocolate and milk together and then add the candies. Pour into a lined pan and leave to cool. Add red and green sprinkles over the top for decoration.

Hot Chocolate Bomb

This is another recipe that can make a great gift. Simply melt sweet chocolate and cover a round paper case. When the chocolate is just about cool, add some hot chocolate mix and cover that with the melted chocolate. 

Just before the bomb cools, place a marshmallow on the top and then wait for the bombs to completely cool. Remove the paper case and put each bomb in cellophane wrapping.
