Air Fryer Sweet Potato Chips
- Air Fryer
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Wash and dry the sweet potatoes. Slice thinly, using a mandolin slicer, which will give you more evenly sliced chips. Then place them onto a few clean paper towels and pat them dry.
- Place the potato chips into a large bowl and toss with oil, salt and pepper until well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 F/ 200 C and spray the inside of the basket with a little olive oil spray. Place the sliced sweet potato in an even layer on the air fryer tray/basket and cook them for 10minutes. Check them after 5 minutes since some chips will cook faster than others, so you may need to remove some that are already done. Then continue cooking the rest of the chips until they are nice and crispy. Do the same with all the potato slices. Enjoy!
