Air fryer potatoes with dill and olive oil
- Air Fryer
- 5 medium red potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- salt and black pepper to taste
- Wash te potatoes and slice them in halves.
- Place them in the air fryer tray and cook at 370F / 190C for 20 minutes or until fork tender.
- Transfer in a bowl and toss with olive oil, fresh dill, salt and pepper.
- Transfer into a serving plate and enjoy!
