Air Fryer Potatoes with Dill and Olive Oil

Air fryer potatoes with dill and olive oil

  • Air Fryer
  • 5 medium red potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  1. Wash te potatoes and slice them in halves.
  2. Place them in the air fryer tray and cook at 370F / 190C for 20 minutes or until fork tender.
  3. Transfer in a bowl and toss with olive oil, fresh dill, salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer into a serving plate and enjoy!
