If you want to give some of your loved ones a homemade gift, jam is a great choice. You can batch make jam and then divide it between several jars. Raspberry or strawberry jam always go down well and pair well with cakes and scones.

You can even use jam with cheese or to make the perfect PB&J sandwich. Youโ€™ll need a lot of your chosen fruit and a lot of sugar. You can either cook the fruit or mash the fruit and add hot water and fruit pectin.

It includes chocolate chips, condensed milk and crushed peppermint candies. Melt the chocolate and milk together and then add the candies. Pour into a lined pan and leave to cool. Add red and green sprinkles over the top for decoration.

Just before the bomb cools, place a marshmallow on the top and then wait for the bombs to completely cool. Remove the paper case and put each bomb in cellophane wrapping.
